I have to change the batteries every 3 weeks. It barely gets past the 14 day "learning mode" that helps predict the weather. Other units like this from other manufacture seem to go for years on a set of batteries. This is a piece of junk. I am on here shopping for something to replace it, and will not buy anything from this manufacturer.

the station weather forcast is sooo nice and accurate.it only needs its 14 days learning and then run by ownself..........showing the indoor and outdoor temp by means of the sensor out door.......

I purchased this unit a couple years ago and it worked fine for a bout a year and then the remote sensor started eating batteries. A set of AA bateries last about two weeks now and it doesn't matter if it warm or cold outside. The inside unit still works but I really wanted the outside temp capability too.
